Nine senior championships, three Olympic games, top dressage stallion Bjorsells Briar dies aged 31

Bjorsells Briar is a stallion who had an exceptional dressage career, competed by Swedish rider Jan Brink, Bjorsells Briar represented Sweden at nine major championships including 3 olympic games (Sydney, Athens and Beijing) finishing in the top 10 individual classes in 2004 & 2008. Together Bjorsells Briar and Jan Brink competed at 250 grand prix competitions at the European championships won four European medals (one silver, three bronze). Bjorsells Briar was retired in 2009 and spent many years with Jan Brink before returning to his breeder Hans-Yngve for his final 11 years of retirement.
